How the service works

  1. Book a 30-minute strategy call. Free, no obligation, no follow-up sales sequence.
  2. 15-minute fit check. Equity, borrowing capacity, target corridors, timeline, SMSF or personal-name preference.
  3. 48-hour shortlist. 3–5 packages from the network matched to your brief — or a clear written "no" with reasons.
  4. Build coordination & settlement. We project-manage the build and provide tenant-readiness support post-handover.

What it costs you

No fee charged to the buyer. We're paid by the builder network on completed packages. You keep your money. The same arrangement only works for us if buyers actually settle, which is why we don't push packages your borrowing can't support.

What we won't do

We won't tell you a package is "selling fast" to manufacture urgency. We won't promise a guaranteed yield or capital growth — those depend on rent demand, vacancy, interest rates and market conditions, all of which can move against you. We won't disclose specific builder names on a first call; the network is anonymised by policy so you can't be steered into a builder-driven narrative before we've talked through your structure.
