About NextKey

A property advisory built by Sean Lewis and Glenn Mayes from Currumbin Waters, QLD — with one job: get the right house-and-land package into the hands of buyers who are actually set up to succeed with it.

Our story

We started NextKey because too many Australian property buyers — first-home, investor, SMSF — were being sold packages that didn't fit their structure, deposit, or timeline. The result: vacant SDA properties, builder-finance defaults, and "9% yields" that never materialised because the build wasn't actually certified.

We built NextKey on a different model: zero buyer fee, paid by the builder network on completed packages, with a hard filter on who we work with. We turn down 60% of enquiries on average. That number isn't a sales line — it's our operating reality.
